Active Adventure Camps

Colston’s school offers a truly unique environment set in the heart of Stapleton, Bristol.  The site offers 30 acres of open space, with a combination of sports fields and a unique private woodland where the camp is set behind the school.  Furthermore, the school backs onto amazing public access walks through Eastville Park, allowing our groups to explore areas off site in order to stretch their legs and hunt for the perfect picnic lunch spots for their groups.  This really is a brilliant jewel in the crown of the area and children will absolutely love the space.

Your children will get a real sense of the great outdoors through a series of  bush-craft, outdoor survival, and adventurous outdoor activities, all designed to increase confidence, boost independence, and build teamwork skills. The camp is predominantly outdoors, come rain or shine, however we do have access to the sheltered forest school area, as well as other indoor space for wet weather days.  Yet we often opt to operate under canvas or even a makeshift shelter built from logs, moss, and anything else nature can provide, to give a truly authentic outdoor experience.
